How to complain

We’re committed to treating all consumers fairly and we constantly strive to offer the highest possible level of service. However, there may be occasions when you feel you have cause for complaint.

When this happens please let us know. We’ll fully investigate your complaint and do everything we can to put things right. We’ll keep you up to date as matters progress and you can contact us at any time if you have any questions.

Is it a complaint or dispute?

If there’s information on your Credibble Credit Report that you think is incorrect you can contact us to raise a dispute about the data. We’ll manage the dispute with the data supplier on your behalf.

If you need to raise a dispute as part of your complaint please include all the information about the data you wish to query when you contact us to raise your complaint.
